Heavily influenced by her father, a real estate developer the 80s, as well as her sister, a real estate broker, Ketura began her real estate career in Hilo in 1999 as a hybrid Realtor Salesperson/Office Manager. In 2004, she ventured into the title and escrow sector for 12 years, until she was approached by the original owner of Property Professionals Hawaii to become a property manager. In 2023, she and a business partner became the co-owners of Property Professionals Hawai’i.

Jodi was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii. After high School she attended Big Island School of Hair Design, received her cosmetology license, and enjoyed working in the beauty industry for many years. In 1994 she decided to veer into real estate, attained her license and has specialized in the property management sector since. Jodi is married and blessed with two wonderful sons.

Brendan has been interested in real estate since his younger days growing up on Maui. This passion led him down many paths in the industry, including being an HOA President, remodeling and maintenance, renovating and reselling, and inevitably, managing commercial and residential rentals. Devoted to real estate, Brendan successfully drew from past experiences and was licensed in 2019. Brendan’s vast understanding of home and commercial maintenance has proven invaluable. He takes pride in restoring a worn property to its glory and maximizing its profitability.

Shea was born and raised on the island of Oahu before pursuing his education at the University of Hawai’i at Hilo as a student-athlete. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration while serving as captain of the men's golf team. Shea has been licensed since 2004 with sales experience on O’ahu and the Big Island.  For over 24 years, Shea has called the Big Island home. In addition to his career in real estate, he is an Assistant Coach for the UH Hilo Men’s Golf Team. Shea takes great pride in blending his business expertise with his passion for sports and community.
